After honestly thinking about what Wwe want to do after the kids are grown and out 0n their own buying a house might not be the best option. Wwe want an RV so Wwe can travel, see the family, see the country. After all, there's no way Wwe'll get a morgage for a home big enough for 5 down to less than $800 but to rent a similar place it would be a couple hundred cheaper a month. Plus when it does come time to move on splitting an acre lot 3 ways for the kids is pretty worthless so Wwe would end up selling it outright and help them pay for college with the money. Hook a trailer on the back with mechanic tools and storage for a pair of bikes and Wwe're set. So I guess it's renting for a while longer while Wwe better decide what Wwe want to do.
